This policy also helps prevent unrealistic expectations that can arise when progress takes longer than anticipated. In some cases, owners may feel discouraged after several weeks if results are not immediate, especially when training consistency has not been fully maintained or when a dog simply requires more time and repetition. Rather than ending support prematurely, our goal is to continue guiding both the owner and dog toward lasting success.
For Products: Return eligibility may vary depending on the product supplier. Items generally must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the stated return window.
